Each sign is CNC‑carved from Canadian timber and hand‑finished in our solar‑powered Monashee workshop, then personalized with your names, date, and wording for weddings, retreats, and milestone events.

Materials: Solid Canadian timber, precision CNC‑carved with recessed lettering and graphics, then hand‑sanded and finished.

Sizes: Choose from the size options shown, all designed to fit standard easels and entrance spaces.

Personalization: Add your names, wedding date or event date, venue or location, and a short welcome message (for example: “Welcome to our wedding,” “Welcome to the celebration,” or something custom).

Proof & production: We send a digital proof after you order. You can request changes, and we only start carving once you’ve approved the design.

Timing: Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from proof approval. If your date is sooner, contact us before ordering to confirm we can meet your timeline.

I’ll send your design proof by email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Production begins after you approve it. Most signs ship within 2–3 weeks of approval; larger orders and busy periods may take longer.
All orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by customs or other delays beyond my control. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
If your order arrives damaged or you have another concern, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must reach me within 30 days of delivery and be in new condition, unless the item arrived damaged.

Sign sizes are shown in the product options above. I work in millimetres in the workshop for accuracy; inch measurements are the closest approximate equivalents.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
All signs are finished with exterior-grade paint and a clear coat on the front and edges. If your sign will be displayed outdoors, choose North American ash and ask me to paint the back as well.
Wipe the sign with a damp cloth and clean up spills promptly. Avoid extreme changes in temperature or humidity, as solid wood can move naturally over time. Some fading and weathering should be expected when any painted wood product is exposed to sunlight and the elements.

Hassle-Free Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged then we will send a replacement provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the natural character traits of wood are not considered damage ... these are wood signs after all. We suggest the maple option if you prefer less in terms of "character".
- Any non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, however you will need to pay for shipping if for any reason other than damage or wrong product and they must arrive back in the original condition.
