Shipping policy

As standard we ship either using UPS Standard (via truck) or Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Tracked Packet depending on weight (Canada Post shipments will arrive via USPS in the USA).  The exception to this would be very large items which may require special freight considerations such as shipping via Fedex, but this is a rare exception.

NOTE: The "free" shipping when you spend $100CAD guarantee only applies to our standard listed products available to purchase on our online store.  Shipping for custom orders is priced on an individual basis and included in your order invoice.

Please contact us before placing your order if you require an alternate carrier and/or faster method. There will be additional charges which we can discuss with you. We can ship with UPS, Canada Post and FedEx. DHL is not available from our location.

As soon as your order is packed for shipping you will receive the tracking info via email. 

We can also arrange for pickup if you are local to the Invermere area & for some larger products we can arrange to deliver locally.

 

PLEASE NOTE: when an order has shipped and you wish to check the status the first place to look is the tracking ... we have the same level of access as you & this is all we would do.  If you are in the USA then you can enter the Canada Post tracking number on the USPS tracking website.
