Precision CNC-carved from solid Canadian timber in our BC mountain workshop, the Ski Tips Up sign is a clean, bold piece of alpine décor for your chalet, cabin, mudroom, or ski room. Hand-finished and sealed to last a lifetime.

Shipping & Returns

I’ll send your design proof by email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Production begins after you approve it. Most signs ship within 1–2 weeks of approval; larger orders and busy periods may take longer.

All orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by customs or other delays beyond my control. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

If your order arrives damaged or you have another concern, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must reach me within 30 days of delivery and be in new condition, unless the item arrived damaged.

Dimensions

Sign sizes are shown in the product options above. I work in millimetres in the workshop for accuracy; inch measurements are the closest approximate equivalents.

Care Instructions

All signs are finished with exterior-grade paint and a clear coat on the front and edges. If your sign will be displayed outdoors, choose North American ash and ask me to paint the back as well.

Wipe the sign with a damp cloth and clean up spills promptly. Avoid extreme changes in temperature or humidity, as solid wood can move naturally over time. Some fading and weathering should be expected when any painted wood product is exposed to sunlight and the elements.

Please note that the natural character traits of wood are not considered damage ... these are wood signs after all. We suggest the maple option if you prefer less in terms of "character".

    Any non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, however you will need to pay for shipping if for any reason other than damage or wrong product and they must arrive back in the original condition.
