Panorama Mountain Resort sits in the Purcell Mountains of British Columbia, above Invermere in the Columbia Valley. There is no easy way to get here — you drive the Columbia Valley from Calgary (straight past the exit to Banff Sunshine) or Cranbrook (via Kimberley if taking the winding road), and that commitment is part of what makes arriving feel like it matters. Panorama has one of the largest verticals in Canada alongside Whistler, Revelstoke & Red Mountain ... and the Monster Steeps zone takes that vertical seriously — terrain so exposed and consequential that it is accessed by Snowcat to reach the top (or a 20–40 minute hike), a large enclosed cabin carrying a handful of skiers to ridge lines & chutes that have no other way in ... well other than traversing in but then you miss the fun section at the very top.
This print captures that moment — the Snowcat parked on the cornice, a skier already committed to the first pitch of the Monster Steeps, the Columbia Valley spread across the valley floor far below (excuse the artistic licence here as the primary views of the valley are in the opposite direction), the Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges stretching in both directions. The exposure is real. The consequence is visible. The drive was worth it which is why so many Calgarians skip the Banff crowds and keep on driving.

- If your order arrives damaged then we will send a replacement provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the natural character traits of wood are not considered damage ... these are wood signs after all. We suggest the maple option if you prefer less in terms of "character".
- Any non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, however you will need to pay for shipping if for any reason other than damage or wrong product and they must arrive back in the original condition.
