Standard Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS Standard, FedEx Ground, or Purolator (Canada only) depending on your destination. Oversized items may require specialized freight carriers, though this is rare.
During service disruptions or carrier strikes, we may adjust our primary shipping provider to ensure timely delivery.
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Canada: Free shipping on orders of $85 CAD or more (applies to ready-to-ship products only; custom orders are quoted individually)
- United States: Free shipping on orders of $200 USD or more. Prices include applicable import duties. (applies to ready-to-ship products only; custom orders are quoted individually)
Expedited & Alternative Carriers
Need faster delivery or a specific carrier? Contact us before placing your order to discuss options and pricing. We work with UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, and DHL. (Loomis is not available from our location.)
Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships. For order status updates, please check your tracking link first—we have the same visibility you do.
US customers: Canada Post tracking numbers can be entered on the USPS tracking website.
Local Pickup
Located near Kelowna or Big White? We're happy to arrange pickup for larger orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties applied by their country.
