Pricing & Ordering

1. How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed directly through our website. Our product options are designed to capture everything needed for production—orders placed any other way cannot be accepted.

For multiple custom signs, each item must be configured individually as every sign is unique. A few minutes spent carefully entering your details upfront prevents misunderstandings during the design approval process and keeps your order on schedule. The more precise your specifications, the faster we can get your signs into production and on their way to you.

2. Why aren't prices always listed in ads or social media posts?

Since our signs are custom-made with options for size, wood species, and finish, pricing varies by piece. When we advertise to a specific market, we may show a starting price in that currency. However, all complete pricing is displayed on our website in your local currency and includes taxes and shipping calculated for your specific location. We've intentionally kept pricing simple – no per-character fees or symbol charges – and volume discounts are automatically applied at checkout, so you can see your exact price instantly without needing to request a quote.

3. I saw a sign on social media – how do I find the price?

Everything is priced on the website! Browse by style or size, customize with your text, choose your wood and finish, and see the final price at checkout – including any volume discounts. No quote needed – pricing is straightforward and shown upfront. If you're not sure which product matches what you saw, our site is organized by categories to make exploring easy.

About Our Process

4. What is the 3D proofing process?

After you place your order, our design team will create a realistic 3D rendering of your custom sign and email it to you for your review. This is your opportunity to check the spelling, colors, and layout. We will only begin crafting your sign once you send us your enthusiastic approval!

5. How many revisions are included with my order?

Your order includes one set of revisions after the initial rendering. Once you request changes, a revised rendering will be sent for your final approval. Please review carefully—additional revision requests beyond this will return your order to the back of the production queue, which may affect your delivery timeline.

Our 3D rendering process is designed to get it right before production begins. Taking a few minutes to review your proof thoroughly is the best way to keep your order on schedule.

6. How long does it take to get my sign?

From the moment you approve your design proof, it typically takes us 1-2 weeks to meticulously craft, finish, and prepare your sign for shipment. Volume orders may take longer especially during busy periods.  Please respond promptly to your proof email to keep your order on schedule. Shipping times vary by location – typically 3-7 days within Canada and 5-10 days to the US. All orders include tracking so you can follow your sign's journey to your door.

7. Can I make changes after I approve my proof?

Once you approve the proof, we immediately begin the crafting process. To ensure a speedy delivery, changes cannot be made after approval. Please be sure to double-check your proof carefully before giving us the final okay.

8. What kind of wood and materials do you use?

We proudly use premium, sustainably sourced wood for all our signs. Our finishing oils and paints are all low-VOC to ensure they are safe for your home and family. The quality is something you can see and feel. Learn more about our wood species options.

9. How do I hang my sign?

We've developed a modern and secure solution for easy hanging. Each sign comes with pre-installed 3D-printed keyhole hangers. These are not only strong but also eco-friendly, as they are printed using organic, plant-based filaments made right here in Canada.

10. Can I use my sign outdoors?

All our signs are painted with exterior rated finish & the clear coat is also rated for outdoors. The best wood option for outdoors though is the North American Ash as it is more resistant to moisture. Pine and maple are both less resistant to the outdoors climatic conditions so only recommended for indoor use.

11. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

All orders ship via tracked courier to ensure safe delivery and consistent service for all customers worldwide. We don't offer pickup or special local delivery. Shipping times vary by location, and all costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! For US orders, all duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout—no surprise fees at delivery. International customers outside the US may be responsible for customs fees or import duties applied by their country.

13. What is your return policy on custom items?

Because each sign is handcrafted and personalised just for you, we cannot accept returns. This is why our 3D proofing process is so important—it ensures you will absolutely love your sign before we even start making it. If your sign arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.

14. Can you recreate my favorite ski resort's logo or official signage?

No. We do not reproduce copyrighted resort logos, official trail maps, or trademarked designs. Our custom signs are personalized creations inspired by your mountain experiences, featuring text, dates, and symbols you choose - not replicas of resort property. We create unique, custom pieces that celebrate your memories.

15. Are these exact copies of trail signs from specific resorts?

No. Every sign we create is a custom, one-of-a-kind piece designed specifically for you. While our signs are inspired by the classic aesthetic of mountain trail markers, they are personalized with your chosen text, dates, and details - making each one unique to your story and experiences.

16. What trail names can I use on my custom sign?

Our signs are custom, personalized pieces that celebrate YOUR mountain memories and experiences. You can choose any trail name that's meaningful to you. We recommend using generic trail names (like "Black Diamond", "Powder Run", "Summit Trail"), dates and locations that commemorate your visit, family names, or personal trail names you invent. We do not create signs that replicate specific resort signage or use resort-trademarked names in a way that suggests official affiliation or endorsement.

17. What if I want to commemorate a specific mountain or resort visit?

Perfect! That's exactly what our signs are for. You can include trail names, the date of your visit, and any personal details that make it meaningful to you. We'll create a beautiful custom piece that celebrates your adventure - it just won't include copyrighted logos or be a replica of the resort's official signage.
