Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for most items. For damaged items, please notify us within 14 days of receipt so we can file a timely claim with the shipping carrier.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • With all hardware and components intact

You'll need your order number to process the return.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@adventwoodproducts.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away at info@adventwoodproducts.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized products (items made specifically for you cannot be resold)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For non-personalized items, the fastest way to exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once we confirm receipt of the return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.
