Make your event unforgettable before guests even walk through the door.
Our Welcome & Event Signs are precision CNC-carved in 2.5D relief from solid Canadian timber and hand-finished in our solar-powered Monashee workshop. Whether you're welcoming guests to a mountain wedding, branding a corporate retreat, or marking a milestone celebration, these signs deliver a lasting impression — and a lasting keepsake.
Choose your scene
Five wilderness-inspired 2.5D relief designs to choose from:
- 🏔️ Mountain Panorama — sweeping peaks and layered pine silhouette
- 🐻 Bear & Forest — bear in relief with layered tree line
- 🛶 Canoe & Mountain Lake — canoe, calm water, and mountain peaks in layered relief
- 🐐 Mountain Goat — bold silhouette on a rocky ridge
- 🏷️ Logo / Crest — your brand, monogram, or crest precision-carved in relief (supply SVG or high-resolution PNG)
Want a fully sculpted true 3D carved scene? Our Artisan Collection takes these designs to the next level — priced and ready to order.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
I’ll send your design proof by email within 72 hours of receiving your order. Production begins after you approve it. Most signs ship within 2–3 weeks of approval; larger orders and busy periods may take longer.
All orders are sent using a tracked service. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by customs or other delays beyond my control. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
If your order arrives damaged or you have another concern, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must reach me within 30 days of delivery and be in new condition, unless the item arrived damaged.

Sign sizes are shown in the product options above. I work in millimetres in the workshop for accuracy; inch measurements are the closest approximate equivalents.
Care Instructions
Care Instructions
All signs are finished with exterior-grade paint and a clear coat on the front and edges. If your sign will be displayed outdoors, choose North American ash and ask me to paint the back as well.
Wipe the sign with a damp cloth and clean up spills promptly. Avoid extreme changes in temperature or humidity, as solid wood can move naturally over time. Some fading and weathering should be expected when any painted wood product is exposed to sunlight and the elements.

Hassle-Free Exchanges
- If your order arrives damaged then we will send a replacement provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the natural character traits of wood are not considered damage ... these are wood signs after all. We suggest the maple option if you prefer less in terms of "character".
- Any non-personalized products can be returned within 30 days for a refund, however you will need to pay for shipping if for any reason other than damage or wrong product and they must arrive back in the original condition.
