The resort that built its reputation on the world's best skiers — and never looked back.

Val d'Isère sits at 1,850 metres in the Tarentaise Valley, connected to Tignes to form the Espace Killy — one of the largest and most challenging ski areas in the Alps. Named after Olympic champion Jean-Claude Killy, the domain covers 300 kilometres of piste across two resorts, with 90% of the terrain above 2,000 metres and two glaciers keeping the snow reliable well into spring. Val d'Isère has been a World Cup venue every season since the circuit began, and hosted the alpine events at the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville. From the legendary OK Downhill race course to the vast off-piste terrain of the Grand Couloir, this is a resort that has always attracted skiers who want more. A village that manages to feel both authentically Savoyard and genuinely world-class — since 1934.

This print captures Val d'Isère at its most iconic: an ESF instructor in a red jacket carves hard through powder, a Val d'Isère gondola gliding overhead and the village spread across the valley below. Warm, cinematic, and unmistakably Savoyard.
